Frequently Asked Questions

We take pride in offering a variety of cleaning services to suit our customers. We understand that clients and prospective clients may have questions regarding our services, policies and procedures, so we created a FAQ section of the commonly most asked questions.

ShiningPro is fully licensed and insured. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned properly? No problem, let us know within 24 hours of receiving the service, and we will do our best to try to make things right.

We are a pet friendly cleaning service; we like to provide a home that is safe and comfortable for your pets. During service we require that you do keep your pet(s) somewhere they will be comfortable and safe away from the cleaners, not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

  1. We require that all personal items are put away in a safe space prior to service. We will not touch your personal items to complete your service.
  2. We do not clean bio-hazardous substances (blood, waste, human or animal feces or feces of any kind, specimens of any kind, toxins etc.).
  3. We do not clean infested properties (properties that have termites, a presence of a large number of insects of any kind, rodents, bedbugs, large amounts of trash, homes that have extremely foul smells or odors that indicate an infestation, homes that have dangerous structural damage etc.) If you book our services without notifying us that your property is infested and we come to your home and discover your home is infested, you will be charged a 30% service fee.
  4. We do not move large amounts of trash, large appliances, or large furniture.
  5. While we clean windows, and ceiling fans, we do not clean areas that are not accessible with a step-2 ladder.

We respectfully request that all customers treat our cleaners with respect, dignity and kindness. We do not tolerate indecorous behavior of customers towards our cleaners during service. If our cleaners are treated with indecorous behavior, they reserve the right to end your service as we like to ensure that our cleaners are working in an environment where they feel safe and treated with respect.

All payments must be paid prior to service. We will not complete your service, if you have not made a full payment prior to the date of service.

We service the greater Delaware area. We prefer to service homes and businesses throughout New Castle County, Kent County, and Sussex County in Delaware, as well as Philadelphia and its surrounding areas and South Jersey. If your home or business is located outside these areas, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For insurance purposes, we take before and after pictures for all services rendered. These pictures will be saved in your file for future reference. We may use these pictures for promotional purposes on our social media accounts and website. Please let us know if you do not want pictures of your home or business used for promotional purposes.

Even though your home is cleaned regularly with a standard clean, it can still collect dust and other allergens in increasing quantiles. Bacteria and other organisms may begin growing on various surfaces. These can make your home smell musty or general dirty, and they can leave behind visible filth as well. With a deep cleaning service, all of those surfaces that are not touched during a standard cleaning session can be thoroughly cleaned. A deep clean is recommended for all new clients, clients who have not have their homes serviced in a while, and homes that have a buildup. Many of our clients take advantage of our deep cleaning services on a monthly basis and by doing so, you can ensure that your family’s living environment is truly immaculate.
